Delivery Information
Australian States/Territories:
For our handbags, we offer $9 shipping to anywhere in Australia and $6.95 for our resort wear. If you spend over $99 shipping is on us.
To keep shipping costs as competitive as possible we use a combination of Australia Post satchels as well as couriers. Upon receipt and payment of your order we will select the most appropriate service for your shipping location and the items you have purchased. If we believe our courier will ship your order more efficiently, we may contact you for a residential shipping address if one has not been supplied. This is due to the couriers being unable to deliver to PO Boxes
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available for a fee of $15. These orders will be treated with priority and will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day. Please also be mindful of any public holidays which may occur from the time of ordering as this will delay your order.
International:
If you are in New Zealand, we offer flat rate shipping for just $15 AUD.
Please contact us via email with a list of the items you would like and your postal address and we will be more than happy to obtain a shipping quote for you. Shipping Internationally generally starts from $25.00 AUD for an order up to 500g.
Bulky/large orders:
*We do reserve the right to charge additional shipping should the item/s you are purchasing be excessively bulky or heavy, or if you live in a remote location not serviced by our normal courier. If this applies we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the additional costing options.

All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged for shipping, please ensure you thoroughly check your package upon receipt. Specifically where you are required to sign for your delivery as once you have signed the courier cannot be held liable for compensation. We unfortunately cannot accept any liability for items which have been damaged or lost in transit.
