Refund policy
Returns
At Sash & Belle, each item is checked upon receipt from our suppliers for any damage or faults (to the best we can determine at the time). If you do receive an item which is faulty, wrongly described, or doesn’t do what it is supposed to, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.
If you change your mind then that is ok, simply return it for an exchange, store credit or refund within 40 days. Refer to our full returns policy at the bottom of our home page.
