Returns Policy
At Sash & Belle, each item is checked upon receipt from our suppliers for any damage or faults (to the best we can determine at the time). If you do receive an item which is faulty, wrongly described, or doesn’t do what it is supposed to, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.
If you change your mind then that is ok, simply return it for an exchange, store credit or refund. If you make a wrong selection, you can exchange your item for a more suitable item or store credit.
To obtain a Refund you must meet the following return policy conditions;
- item/s must be returned within 40 days of receipt;
- postage costs associated with any returns will be at the customer’s expense
- Sash & Belle will pay to return postage on the replacement bag
- item/s must be in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached; and
- the Tax Invoice/Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
Leather Products: Our leather handbags have a 6 month warranty, should it break in anyway we will refund, exchange or credit you for the purchase price. Please provide a Tax Invoice/Receipt as proof of date of purchase.
Vegan leather (PU) products: If the bag is faulty or breaks within 3 months of purchase you are entitled to a replacement bag, refund or store credit for the purchase price. Please provide a Tax Invoice/Receipt as proof of date of purchase. Please contact Sash & Belle on our Contact Us page.

Any products returned must be new, unused and unaltered and in the intact cloth bag. Cloth bags are considered as part of the product and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any exchange or return must be requested via our contact page. We will attend to your request within 48 hours.
The exchange order will be dispatched where possible within 48 hours of the returned items being received at the office of Sash & Belle. In the event that the product requested for exchange is no longer available, the customer will be offered another product in exchange of their choice or offered a full refund. It is strongly recommended that the customer retain proof of postage in the case of returns. If the item is lost in transit and no proof of postage can be shown then no refund or exchange will be possible. If the amount of the customer’s exchange order is lower than the initial order, Sash & Belle will refund the difference within 7 days of receipt of the returned package to our office.
Refunds will be completed in the same fashion as payment was made to Sash & Belle (Credit Card, Afterpay or Paypal).
If the returned product is refused by Sash & Belle, the product will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Sash & Belle. The customer may not demand any compensation and will not be entitled to any refund, unless they subsequently exercise their warranty rights for sold goods.
